Steering not smooth

When i turn at a slow speed; my car's steerings feels un-smooth.
It feels like it jumpy.
Could it be the fluid??
I'm confused about it.

Are you accelerating while turning, maybe causing wheel spin?

if you car is stock and not lowered your gonna get that feeling. Your taking a turn at speeds that cause the car to loose traction. The get the better feeling while taking corners you might wanna look into lowering your car with some High performance struts or look into the RSB (Rear sway bar)

this will improve you handling around corners and satisfy your needs better..

Would be a good idea to check the fluid first. Is it making any weird noises?
Could also be the belt.
