there should be 4 bolts.

remove the liner and you should be able to have access to it.

But you will pay dearly (like close to 200-300) to fill the holes and to get it repainted if you do take out the spoiler!

Yep, but then again i'm assuming trunk lids should be easy $125+; then the process of removing the lockcylinder and reinstalling on the new trunklid. If it were me and not wanting a spoiler, i'd just stick with my trunklid, cus i sure don't know what all it entails in removing locks and reinstalling them on a new one! (overall labor might be more than 300, doable if its a diy project).
