anyone know how much the stock solara rims weight? they're the 6 spoke 16" rims.

ohh, i just changed to the stock rims for the winter, and thought id weigh them against the TRD ones (TSW revo's) cause i remember flip sayin the stock ones were lighter

anyways, it wasnt very accurate cause the tires were on both of them (different tires too, and i kinda had to hold the wheel a bit to keep it from tipping), but i got 43lbs. for the stock wheels (and 46 for the TSW's if anyones interested)

The rim with the tire weighs 40.5-41lbs. The rim itself weighs 18.5-19lbs.

yea but you have to remember, only your spare is dead weight. The 4 tires are moving weight so they dont slow the car down as much.
