The link works fine, you need to make sure you have the latest Adobe version. The File size: 1370kb. It's a little over 1MB, so it may take a bit to load if you have slow connection.

Doesn't work for me, it says "downloading" for abaout 2 minutes then says "done" with a blank screen. You've got PM Michael.
