black difference

Astro: You sure you have Black Sand Pearl? (209?)

I have a Black 2000 also and its a 204 (Black metallic)

I found this matrix as well..shows 2000 solara as black metallic 204 only.

I think Sand pearl doesnt have the metallic "flecks" in it. I have a 209 Kit, but I havent put it on yet, so I dont know how its going to look. Like I said, I believe 209 is a deeper black, since I saw a Gen 1.5 Solara on the lot and it was a deeper black than I could have ever gotten my Gen 1 to be.

I have a 202 Spoiler (Regular gloss black) on and the difference of that black is unnoticable unless your very close, but then again its a different surface. (The Cali dream spoiler I have was made for the black Avalon, so I got a killer deal on it). I dont think it will be very noticible unless your looking for it, since out of all the colors, you get the most play with not exactly matching colors with black.

Yes. My black isn't that deep. Junest used to have a black '99 Camry and that was a much deeper black. Also, I do have some speckles, but they aren't very noticable.
