I work for a Toyota dealership in Cleveland, Ohio. Metro Toyota. I work in the parts dept. but I run the Iternet sales end of it. I usually just check the forums until someone asks a question or has a need that I can help with. I do this primarily in the Toyota Prius groups but have since found this one. I am some what limited in the number of groups that I can participate in because their are so many Toyota models, numerous groups and forums for each model and only so many hours in my day.
