There is a bit more vibration with the dynamic tensioner when the engine is at idle, probably because the belt isn't tight then, unlike when the car is moving. You shouldn't hear any noises.

If you have the dynamic tensioner, then no adjusting is necessary since that's the purpose of the tensioner, to keep the belt properly tightened. Is this what you have?

hey, that's the one I have right now. But it just keep making rattling noise when the car on idle. I heard TRD have just update the belt tensioner for the truck's supercharge with stiffer spring :-?

Yes but the S/C for the 5VZ-FE is a totally different design from the 1MZ-FE version.

The older s/c's had trouble keeping the belt tension so TRD USA introduced the dynamic tensioner. the dynamic tensioner automatically adjusts belt tension to proper specs in order for it not to get loose, slip, spin off or etc unlike the old one. All the s/c's sold now have had the dynamic tensioner included. The first sold TRD S/C's didn't.
