I recently did my 90k.. but basically did a 100k, since theres I'm on break and have nothing else to do but :drinking: .. anyways.

1. PLugs and wires - go stock, you wont tell any difference anyways with the pricey ones

2. Tranny flush - you can do it yourself, GM Synchromesh aka Jesus Fluid totally OWNS

3. Diff oil - that sh1t stinks.. but see 2

4. Motor oil - your discretion

5. Filters - for the ones besides air.. your basically good to go with the OEM filters.. fuel filter is the hassle.. so if you got a hook up, take it somewhere

6. water pump n timing belt - these two are the biggies.. again, if you got the hookups.. that will DEFINITELY help.. take it to you nearest $tealer tho.. the guys at toyota are good. These are the only two that i would advise you get done for you.. the rest you can DIY. god luck

5w30 is recommended, but that is just to help cut emmissions. 10w30 is perfectly acceptable, especially with the milage mentioned here (90-100K)

As far as the DIY tranny change, i would maybe stick to letting someone do it. The tranny flush is more efficient than drain and fill. It rids your tranny of more grime and gear remnance.(sp)
