any idea how much it would cost. i dont like that it's black cuz from far away it looks like there's nothing there at all and just a hole in my bumper. i want it to match my paint.

i dont believe its a good idea to paint it while its on your car, personally if it is removeable..take it off. you never want to paint somthing that is attached to your car. you want the valence to have a even coat all around and under the part that rises from the car valence jams?.. what happen is the shooter f*ks up and spray your muffler? haha i seen it happen a few times.. it not a pretty site.

it will still attach on after you repaint it. you just need to clean both areas and get the 3m tape the kind that came with the kit, which you can find at local hardware stores or kragen maybe? and there is 2 screws that mount it in the back also.

never get it painted while its one the car. I've got quote for $40 per valance (individually) and for the center valance if i were to guess i'd say it to me 10 bucks more! but then again...look around at bodyshops in your area, the shipping will kill the deal!

Camry/solara lip kits (fronts and rears) are also individually called valances.

noob hahha just kidding. Yeah it's weird how they call add on pieces valences.

BTW I thought the black valence makes the whole car looks more aggresive. I wouldn't paint it. :bday:

This is how it comes:

When I had my back bumper repainted I got the two back valaces and rear valace painted for $50 total. Originally my back valace was like a unsmooth black color, but after repainting it with the regular black paint it looks a lot better. Matches finally!!!

Because it looks ugly otherwise, and empty. Two side valaces and no middle...it looks weird. IMO
