1999 Solara SLE LOADED HALF OF KELLY PRIVATE PARTY VALUE!

Postby Brazenhawk » Thu Feb 10, 2005 10:48 pm

Well, I'm not finding much help in the repair department, so I'm just going to offer it up for sale. Anyone who can do body work would be stealing this car! It priced at HALF THE KELLY BLUE BOOK PRIVATE PARTY VALUE AND EVEN MORE FROM THE RETAIL VALUE! It's a 1999 Solara SLE fully loaded, with some very fixable front end damage for anyone who does body work! You can see all the pics and other info on the eBay auction I had up. Look at auction number "4523571559". No engine, transmission or frame damage, it runs and drives fine. Just needs hood, front passenger fender, front bumpers and cover are the main things. Clean clear title, current tags, current everything. I'm asking only $4,657.50!!!! ..and that the buyer promises to send me some pics after its done! Any and all info and pics are available. It would be nice to see it go to a Solara fan!

1999 Solara SLE LOADED HALF OF KELLY PRIVATE PARTY VALUE!

Postby Brazenhawk » Thu Feb 10, 2005 11:05 pm

Yeh, I do have great eBay feedback. Member since October, 1997 and a 272 feedback with 98.9% . But thought to offer it here instead since I found out about the site and would rather see it go to someone who really appreciates the Solara rather than some wholesaler. If people still think that half the KBB Private Party Value is too much ( I think its a bargain for anyone who does body work because the damage is not severe) then any reasonable offer would be considered too. I can still relist on eBay, but thought I would offer here first.

PS. Anyone is more than welcome to see it and inspect it all they want before making the purchase. I still start it up every few days..engine and trans are fine.

Thanks!

Yea, thats what i was thinking. I have extra set of Fogs at home. And i know you have the headlights and corners. So i just need to get Hood, Fenders and Bumpers and repaint. I can do all of that for under $1500.00

1999 Solara SLE LOADED HALF OF KELLY PRIVATE PARTY VALUE!

Postby Brazenhawk » Fri Feb 11, 2005 12:50 pm

I'm not in northern CA, Cathedral City is next to Palm Springs..about 100 miles directly east of LA...southern California desert. All the pics can be seen on the old eBay auction, number 4523571559, shows all exterior and interior views and even a picture of the actual accident. It was low speed impact at about 15 MPH, most of the damage was done because the pickup my wife hit was raised and the bumpers did not meet up..then truck bumper went right over the top directly into the passenger side headlight.

Indiglo is exactly right, I figured around $900 to $1,200 for all the parts, including the custom R34 body kit. So if he knows how to do the body work, its a steal!

It runs and drives fine. Hell, I would drive it but its illegal without the front end parts on. You can find all the details on the auction site that has all the details and pics.

Again, anyone is invited to freely inspect the car before they make any commitment. Clean clear title and everything is current.

Thanks again!

1999 Solara SLE LOADED HALF OF KELLY PRIVATE PARTY VALUE!

Postby Brazenhawk » Sun Feb 13, 2005 7:45 pm

Well, no responses this weekend here. Any Solara fan interested in this project car? If so, PM soon. I'll put it on eBay Tuesday evening, so anyone Solara fan interested let me know. I'd rather see it go to a Solara fan than a wholesaler. I'll even drop the price here to $3950 cash and its all yours! Thats a dream for anyone who does body work!

Thanks!
