couldnt find any info in tutorials... are these located inbetween the intake manifold and filter or past the filter...

btw just cleaned out my intake manifold and added brass battery terminals... my idle feels much improved

the resonator is located in front of the driver's side tire.

its a big plastic box.

where are you guys finding that injen cold air... all i keep finding is the short one. i havent seen the extension piece anywhere

Neither Injen nor anyone else makes a CAI for the Gen-1 Solara. Injen makes a short-ram as you mentioned. UPFD, as Greg mentioned, makes a cold air extension for the Injen short-ram intake to convert the short-ram into a CAI. This is a true CAI moving the filter up front low in the driver fender well rather than some that simply move the intake a little further away from the engine still in the engine compartment. -JoeB
