Getting struts and springs, any pointers before mech install

Okay I did my searches already on the forums.
99 SLE 44,314milage

Horrible clanking from right front area. The shock still works over the bumps, its mostly at low speeds that I get the clanking.

Struts, Tokico, do you add oil to them before the install?

Springs. I am just trying to get past the caddy like ride. The trd struts off toyota4u show lowering 1.25 front and 1.75 rear versus the eibach 1.60 all around. Just want the car to be a bit more tight, but level. Tein might be a last minute option.

Mounts are the kyb mounts okay or are the toyota ones the way to go. Heard about rattling noises in a prior post caused by mounts and want to avoid that. I figure If I am doing the struts and springs why not do the mounts. Not sure but when I bought the car, they had brand new mounts of the front at 39k. They are tight so all I can think of is that they are bad or the struts are bad.

Got info for the abs line breakage for the mech so he don't cause me a headache.

Just want to make sure they do not over look anything. Not sure whats
greased and not. Just tired of the dang clanking.

I get the tokico for 80.15 a pop or the kyb's for 63.57 and install around 200 for struts and springs, ect. Price on springs still up in air, gotta figure out the best commuter ride besides stock.
