i took off the bottom half of the stock air box, because just being filterless is not enough. . it has significantly less bottom end but a little bit more on mid and top. the sound is more satisfying too. i checked my throttle body and it is still pretty clean.
plus my parents will never find out. unless they know what the bottom half of the stock air box looks like bc its laying out in the garage floor. :bday: i went through a lot to get that 10mm socket though
i can almost say its free, but the socket was a dollar. :bday: :bday: :bday: :bday: :bday:

That will kill your motor at some point. Filters are there for a reason. Even top fuel dragsters run filters. Suck in some dirt and your cyl walls are toast. Might as well pour salt into the oil while your at it. :x

The beauty of this thread is that one day this guy will be off of his mommies teat and will be paying his own way. I sincerely hope that this engine endures it's final stroke while he is driving, preferably 100 miles out in the desert, after having left daddy's credit card at home, and the tow truck driver (named Bruno) takes the charges out of his ass. A second hand Yugo is too much quality engineering for this guy.

Nothing like blowing the motor over a 2hp (maybe less) gain. Dumbass 16 year olds.

So sttupid. Running with no filter is stupid and pointless to begin with. If you're gaining any HP, who cares? You're losing any props or credibility you may or may not be seeking by posting your senseless acts on here.

If you want real HP and some real respect, go buy yourself an Injen or CAI for your car. Maybe we'll care then.

Sweet no filter I like that idea. I just have a couple more questions for ya. Do you also have the oil bypass kit because when you run oil through the engine it gets all dirty and needs to be changed I say bypass the engine all together. I should also mention that I am a whole sale dealer for blinker fluid and I can get you the synthetic stuff at a good price.
