will this fit a gen 1 solara sle?

i just purchased a 1999 solara sle... will this fit the car? because the car is 6 years old and i'm sure the paint has been oxidized somewhat ... will it look strange if i put on a newly painted kit? this seems like a great deal.

im really excited about this car. i love it so far. =)
