K&N drop in or Injen... Which do you prefere?

I have a K&N drop in now. Have had it for a while. Im just now considering CAI to go with the new exhaust im about to install, but now I think maybe its a waste of money.

yeah, i also have the k & n drop in filter, getting the injen intake next month, also getting my trd muffler installed this week... the k&n filter is good, but i just wanted to have a little more aggressive sound to it, if you are plannning to get a sc, people have suggested to get the CAI extension, that way you will notice a big difference with your CAI...

so from what you're saying, if N/A engine, the CAI is nothing more than a $250 noisemaker?

im trying to analyze if this is a worthwhile upgrade in terms of both performance and sound.
short ram is not even an option - its either stay with the current k&n drop in, or go for the CAI.

I believe rj noted that the cai would be about 8-10 hp NA and 18 hp with SC but I could be wrong.
