Question about smoked tail lights

Question about smoked tail lights

Postby 04SolaraGirlie » Sat Apr 09, 2005 9:53 pm

This is prolly a dumb newb question, but I've done some searching, and all I can find is posts about spray on tint...I know this is really ghetto, and you guys will prolly make fun of me, but what would happen if I went to pepboys and got the darkest window film they sell, and put it on my tail lights... would this work? Has anyone tried it? And also I am very interested in your services milt, but what am I supposed to do in the mean time while you have my tail lights, not drive my car? Thanks for the help y'all!

also does anyone know of anybody that can do the clear corners? I read mike t's post on how to do it, but I'm afraid I will royally screw it up, and end up ruining my head lights...

As far as blacking out your tailights I think Milt would be your best bet, hit him up. As for clearing out the headlights....you ever been to Kentucky before? lol :drinking:

As far as smoked tail lights are concerned, get in contact with Milton and have it done professionally.

As for the clear corners, I'm working on a set and would be willing to part, I'll keep you guys posted. There's been one other member (TS04) from this forum that did manage to clear corner his headlights, but his Gen 2 has since been totalled and not sure if he's on here any longer...prolly not :( .

Give it shot, be prepared, your fingers will hurt..heehee If I can do it, anybody can
