Exact Woodgrain Replacement for 2001 SLE w/tan leather

Well my woodgrain on my center console and vents is completely sun damaged and I really want to find the exact color replacements for them, so I only have to take off and replace 3 parts. Ive searched the forums and web for an exact OEM replacement however I have no clue what color my woodgrain is.

So far this kit Walnut Burl Woodgrain Dash Insert (Solara 99-03) [from trdparts4u.com] is the cheapest OEM replacement I have found, but like I said im not sure if its the same color because the pictures are bad.

If anyone knows what to get then that would be much appreciated.

I think its called oxford burlwood for 99-01, but the one on trdparts4u looks to be the right color.

I got mine from alkaplus thru ebay for about $120 for a ~20 piece set. Its a perfect match to my stock trim.

Price sounds good, Ill take your word on the match. However do you have a link for the ebay auction? I cannot find a seller on ebay for the name "alkaplus".

That was years ago. They might not sell on ebay anymore, but they still have thier website at alkaplus.com. Its a 33 piece set, but you wont use most of em since some pieces just look tacky.

Just look up solara dash on ebay. If it looks like the darker wood in the color swatch, then its the gen1 wood. If it looks kind of mustard colored wood, then its gen1.5 wood.

I just looked up from my feedbacks. I got it from "abdi3". Hes selling one right now on ebay here

Thats definitely the factory dash kit I have. Minus a few hundred of those pieces of course. :P

I agree that all those pieces look tacky, especially around the instrument panel. I only need to replace 3 stock pieces and also I will probably put a piece on around the gauge cluster. <I was surprised my stock dash kit didn't come with this piece already on.

Thanks for the help on this one. :D
