Grille work..

I've started using a Dremel tool to strip the chrome off my grille, and its leaving some rough edges. Anyone have any advice, other than finer grit sandpaper, to smooth it out?

i think sand paper is the only way bro...you should have tried paint stripper, i bet that would have taken all that chrome paint off.

This is the easiest process, i think:
1. remove grill from teh car
2. Spray some paint thinner.
3. take it to the thoes selfserve/coin operated carwashes
4. Spray the nozzle of the pressure washer close to the chrome part..and the chrome starts chipping off....

One reason i say off the car, is cus you don't want your paint to be dicolored!

Brake Fluid works good on the chrome but you gotta make sure you don't leave it on the grill too long or it'll get fawked up.

I used the Dremel to sand down the little plastic pieces left from cutting the actual cent out to get it flush and somewhat smooth.
