tell us which one you want. if you're stock, then adding the exhaust will make you lose some torque and gain like 2 hp... the 4 exhaust is not that restrictive (same as the 6...)

i have a V6 5-spd. will i lose torque too?
and which of these if any, sounds most like those fart can exhausts you see on civics and what not...

StockSolara wrote:alright I'll do the explaination on each one so I can save you time.

GReddy EVO 2- Low Deep Hum not too loud and looks great

A'pexi World Sports 2- Little bit louder than stock and keeps the stock style muffler

JIC Spartan something- Lightest one of the pack and its loudest but sounds great

TRD Exhaust- is really just the muffler unless your planning to do your own piping this is just going to be a VERY expensive muffler with not barely any gains.

So now it is up to you to choose what YOU really want.

jic would probably be the highest pitched because of the amount of backpressure, but it still sounds nice. none are fart cans. fart can sounds are when the exhaust piping is too big and the air resonates through the piping

The only solara that came close to sounding like a fart can was marks.

Yea I really like custom set up very cheap. I went with the TRD muffler on this car and a glass pack resonator but I would recomend if you want a cheaper muffler a dynomax superturbo or a dynomax straight through I have used them on a lot of different cars and they alaways do well. Of course my favorite part about them is no one mistakes there sound or shape for a fart can.
