Is it worthwhile to supe these cars up?

Ive been looking around and Im wondering if it's worth it to supe my car up or not. I have a 99, v6 with a manual tranny. So far only thing ive done is I have the trd rims and trd intake, the filter, and some suspension mods. How much money will it take to get to say 340 horses? IS that even possible? What will it take to be able to kill pretty much anything on the street without a v8? Lancers and srt4's for example. IS that even doable?

if u want a really fast car a solara is not the way to go. but for was it is.. its actually pretty good. the V6 has lots of power. but go get urself a 350z, S2000, EVO, STi, or some other performance car if ur lookin for real power.

Yeah if you want realy big numbers from your car, the Solara can only get about 350hp i think maybe more??
But for big numbers go wit Evo, 350Z, Sti, or if you want to go all out get an E55 AMG, and that will whop on some cars any day.
Or a Porsche will do.
Solara is good car for it's size and can make little cars like Civic and Integra run for the money stock for stock that is.
2000 Solara SE auto V6. Diamond White Pearl.
Top Speed Run finished at 130 mph. :o
Too many modifcations for the signature.
