They will work, but your turn signal will blink 3 times as fast as it did. I currently use them, but if this is a problem for you then get some regular bulbs.

^if you already have the quick blinkers like i do, and then put in those LED turn signals, oh man that thing blinks like its having a flippin seizure!! LOL... freakin halarious!!!! but nah thats too much

the blinking speed of the "blown bulb" is annoying since its not fast enough (for me) or just too fast for those with normal blinking
Retired... its been fun Image

Hi there,

What LED manufacture are you using? And also, are these LEDs now designed to be more robust than the early ones (coming to market two years ago)? Just curious :D

To stop the fast blinking just use resistors ($5 a pop). I had led blinkers in the front for a week or so... not very noticable when the blinkers flash. I kept the turn signals in the back to keep its clear instead of a ugly amber bulb, plus i wanted it to glow red.

Any wire cutting involve? What type of LED bulb did you use in the rear? I also like the turn signal red in the rear and I'm currently running a red bulb, but its not red enough for me. I want that crisp blink like you see on the new models of the bmw's. BRIGHT and CRISP!

Let me know!

All it took was wire taps that came with he resistors. I got everyhting from http://www.superbrightleds.com/cgi-bin/store/commerce.cgi?product=CAR. I got the 3157? with the red wedge base, you can see a lil red in the taillight, so i recomend one with a clear base, probly look better.
