The EBC Green Stuff can be purchased at the Tire Rack online store.

I had these pads before, they were very agressive on the rotors and they didn't last long. Also they produced alot of brake dust on the wheels. Just be warned from personal experience... I'm currently running the factory replacement Brembo disc brakes on my GEN1 Solara. If you are looking for that nice firm brake pedal feeling, I'd go with the Goodridge Stainless steel brake lines and run the Dot4 or 5 Brake fluid. You can stop on a dime on those brake lines. Beside, they get rid of that annoying spongy brake pedal feeling. I've also ran the Powerslot rotors two years ago. They shredded the crap out of my TRD HP brake pads; furthermore, they shuddered the front wheels so bad that they occasionally loosened up my lug nuts up front. What a scary thought. Anyway I hope this helps out.

I totally suggest the Hawk HPS pads. They produce less brake dust, good bighting power with little rotor wear, no sqeeks and last but not least, they last longer. I also hear AXXIS brake pads are great. They sell them at OPTION AUTO SALON:

i use axxis metalmaster with brembo blanks...its been workin for me, although the pads wear out quite fast..

I got some Hawk HPS right now. Thier not bad at all, but they do squeek slightly sometimes braking at low speeds, like when rolling up to a gas station. I'm happy with them, but I think I'm going back to OEM and giving them a shot again, since the original pads are the only time when I've never had any squeaking, and dust wasnt bad either if I recall, but that was about 2 years ago.

I've had my EBC greenstuff for a year now,15,000 miles. I like them better that the axxis MM. They only dust a little less,butthe dust isnt black like the MM. I'm running Brembo CDS rotors on all corners with Goodridge SS lines. After I got my SC, I was warping stock rotors every 6 mos with the MM and stocks rotors. I kept and still have an extra set of fronts that always kept when they got warped. This is the longest period of time I havent changed rotors or pads out.

satisfied oe rear
brembo oe on all fours


and goodridge break line kit....

hopefully i will no longer have to stomp the petal down all the way to come to a stop


how prone are the brembo's to warping.... or is warping more dependent on driving style.... would i be better off just getting napa's uper end rotors?

Well those Goodridge Stainless Steel lines will do the trick. Just remember to run the higher temp brake fluid (like a DOT4 or higher). It has less of a tendency to absorb moisture in the brake fluid over time. Good luck.
