So if ceramic pads are installed, will the noise go away?

I just developed a squeal, coming from the rear passenger brake i think. I have ceramic on the front and semi-metallic pads on the back. The backs of the pads were coated with anti-sieze at installed.

People on this site told me that all solaras come standard with ceramics pads. So the replacement ones are ceramic aswell. Is this not true? i just replace my rear pads like a month ago cause they were squeaking. They still squeak a but a lot less than before. I figure they would squeak a bit still cause i didnt turn down the rotors.
