I went to my local Toyota dealer to get the matching paint color (part number). I was fortunate to have a discount with the dealer due to working for a tier1 suppler to Toyota and varrious OEM's. :P

Where are you appling this touch-up paint? If its being applied to the front or rear bumper, the paint won't stick for long. It is due to the polyurathane's positively charged surface of keeping things to stick to the surface. In the factory the bumpers or body shops apply acid etching to the surface to help the paint stick to the polyurathane. That is why the paint has a hard time sticking to the bumper or other plastic material. :P

"O" yah it socks :x

I'd primer the surface first to keep the surface tacky for the touch-u paint to stick. It requires alot of elbow grease. :-? The key is to work in small portions :P ... Good Luck Bro.

I got mine from the dealership.
051 is the pearl paint and Super white paint, can't remember the code for Super White.
But for the rear bumper will be out of luck, if you have DMW.
Cause the body shop guy i know said Toyota Solara wit DMW rear bumper will be always faded.
You can repaint it like new but you should only have polyeurthane paint to paint the car wit.
2000 Solara SE auto V6. Diamond White Pearl.
Top Speed Run finished at 130 mph. :o
Too many modifcations for the signature.
