maybe they change the smog law? I am sure 4 years because they required me to smog my 2000 solara last year and i paid $250 to make it pass

It only takes 1/2 hour to change back to the stock manifold for smog purposes. Its not like the V6 with the manifold in the back.

just got the car back.

dyno number was 133 hp 141 tq stock w/ injen intake (a/f ratio was 15 tho)

after the headers and split sec psc1 it was 144 hp 154 tq
