New size Rims

Just wondering if the following rims/tires will fit properly on my 2001 Solara?

5 x100, offset is +35mm and it's 18 x 7.5, tires are 225/40/18

What are they matrix, celica, rolla rims? sorry, our 5 sug pattern is 5x114.3!!
