Well, I beleive the INJEN will do.

The cool thing with the INJEN is that there is a cold air intake extension available for it. 8) It is sold by Under Pressure Fabrication Distributions and alot of the brother and sisters are running the INJEN setup. I have had several other brands in my Solara's life time.

CAI short rams:
Akimoto RSA-short ram
Rod Millen Intake
INJEN CAI-short ram
UPFD CAI extension to INJEN CAI-short ram.

Good luck Bro.

from what I've seen, most people here have the Injen because it has a CAI extension. A few others have been able to successfully modify one of them eBay intakes, but I wouldn't recommend that unless you know what you are doing.

The ebay intakes weren't that much of an upgrade from what I've heard unless you just wanna use it as a project-type intake.

I have the injen and it hasn't done me wrong yet.....still gotta get my hands on one of those cold air extensions from RJ also.

upfd.com won't work for me.... I use http://www.upfd.com./

For some reason that "./" makes a difference.

I called them the othr day about the extension myself and the guy I got said to call around 9 AM and talk to Matt. Being that it was thursday at the end fo the day and I'm EST and I worked at 11 (EST) on friday, I haven't gotten a chance to get ahold of him yet.

With subtracting hours and running into my work schedule and what not, hopefuly I'l be able to get in touch with them soon about it.

Go for the Injen Intake w/ UPFD Cold Air Extension, it's the only intake built right for our cars.

I bought the Weapon R Secret Intake and it is a piece of crap, all of the nipples were in the wrong places and wrong size for the hoses, and it looks just like the Ebay Intake but they added like a 3 inch long inner tube. Their craftsmanship is just HELLA cheap. I didn't even try installing it, I just opened the box and returned it.
