Any place we could buy Solara parts?

Any place we could buy Solara parts?

Guess what? I guess it was bound to happen anyways. The driver side support bracket where the sway bar bushing holds on to ripped apart. Its a thin piece of metal about 2.5"x7" in dimension. Some of you may remember that I set my TRD RSB to track setting. I kept my stock suspension setup, so the RSB has been taking all the pressure when I corner. I just found out the weakest link in that area :D

Is there any place where we could buy parts for our cars, without ever going through the stealership? I hate the Toyota service dept here coz they're lazy assholes who pull out number out of their asses.

When I fix that part, I'm just gonna have to switch my RSB to street setting. For all of you who upgrade TRD RSB w/o changing your suspension: learn from this lesson.

I get all my Toyota parts from Bill G at e-maill addy sales@anythingtoyota.com. Bill is good, fast and has very reasonable prices. Drop him an e-mail or give him a call at 1-800-527-5368. Tell him Greg with Silverlicious sent you.. :)

Thanks Greg! I'll do that.

...if set on street setting? I hope this wouldn't happen still. But if it still does, then it would be a longer time than when set to track setting.

^ I don't push my Solara on corners really hard. Although, maybe driving the RX-8 all the time really changed my driving habits. BTW, it's not a part of the sway bar. Its the section where the sway bar bushing clamps on to. I'm assuming the U-bracket you're referring to as the bushing clamp. That's pretty sturdy if you ask me.

^ Where did you get those pics from? I've been looking for that website I usually check years ago. I seem to have lost the URL. You see that part 23? It should be above that, and kinda looks like part 25 but smaller and thinner.
