his mirrors might be like that cause of the lambo doors, im not sure tho

I like the strip of leds like on the camry, but they defintly need to be straighter, but Dawgz' idea is definitly cool to, as it will probly look closer to stock

I think I'll get a few led's and try my own custom signal-in-headlight or turnsignal

Anyone know an easy way to set up the resistors? I don't feel like trying to put the resistors in and have my light not work! I figured strip the hot wire and the ground wire near the base of the socket and solder each lead onto the stripped wire. Then just cover up the exposed wires with electrical tape. That could turn out REALLY bad! Any other ideas?

I am actually working on this project right now. I have the black corner lamps which makes drilling a lot easier. I have 50 white led's so far in one of the corner lamps, and that's not even half of the amount that I will be using. Well, maybe half. I need to order a lot more white led's! I only have 50. But I do quite a bit wil electronics. All of my led's will be on a sequencer. Meaning the led's will start from the inside and move outward. It'll be friggin sweet when finished. But I'm not even half way done with the first one, and I still need to recreate the sequencer. I have a working test model to duplicate for each corner lamp.
To help some of you out with the resistor thing, led's are different. Some led's can work off of 1 resistor, and led's like the ones I have perform better if each led gets it's own resistor. I don't know about you guy's led's, but mine are the brightest led's I have ever seen. I wonder if I'll even get a ticket or 2 because of them. I don't have a digital camera ATM so I will keep you guys as updated as I can.

I get mine from Hong Kong, but they don't make amber tho. I'm using white for mine. But check out http://stores.ebay.com/besthongkong-Dot-com, that's my hookup. They're advertising 200 white led's for $49 shipped from HK. I don't think anyone can beat that deal.

preheated the oven for like 5 mins, then put the clear corner into the oven for 6 seconds, and then quickly pried the lense off...anything over 6 will melt the whole thing....

HAHA, its funny how that pic of the camry keeps appearing on all the forums. The LED strips look weird from that angle but look sweet in person - i've seen them on camrys back home..not that camry tho. I tried to arrange a gb a while back for those lambotype-mirrors, but i got nowhere with replies.
