What condition are your rubber seals in? Any tears, cracks or rubber seperation? Try to moisturize them by cleaning with Son of a Gun or Armour All. That may help.

Are you talking about wind noise from your motor or wind noise from window area and all?

i think he means wind noice from the window area.
As suggested by toyota tech's:
take some soapy-water solution and cotton rag. moinsten the rag and remove teh dirt and grime (if any) from the weatherstripper to get it clean nicely. When its clean: do what greg (Paladin06Greg) suggested to check for cracks and ensure the rubber seal is contoured to the body well...then reseal it (or wet it..or ensure its not dry) with son of a gun or armorall!
