UPDATE #3: The latest e-mail from Mike at SuperPro reference our Polyurethane dogbone bushings: Guys if you want in on this please advise. Cost coming soon but I'm sure it will be reasonable! See UPDATE #2 below for vehicle application.

Greg,
R&D are waiting on the sample parts to come back from engineering and sample part department.
I have asked they let me know as soon as they see it.
The design is very cool, I think you will like it.

Have you any idea on annual volumes this part can generate ? Please advise on initial possible sales number.
Yours Faithfully,

Michael Stone

UPDATE #2. My guy at Anythingtoyota.com sent me an e-mail about the dogbone I sent for R&D.

Greg,

This is globally what the parts number 12363-20020 fits on US spec. Toyotas.

8/96-7/01 Camry V6
6/98-12/02 Solara V6 Cp ATM

These are the only Toyotas it shows to fit.

Hope this gets what yo need.

BG

UPDATE!!! I had e-mail contact with Mike in the land down under yesterday. He has received the dog bone shipped and turned it over to his R&D team.

How many of you V6 automatic transmission Gen 1 guys are interested? I'll take a count and pass it on to Mike.

I'll have more soon.

Are you serious? OK, stand facing your car with the hood open of course. On the left hand side just forward of your SC pulley, you will see a black engine mount (rod) with two 90 degree round ends. One end is connected to the engine compartment area (that's the small end) and the other is connected to the engine by a bolt that runs through the plates for your SC belt and engine pulleys. These OEM mount bushings are very soft and not designed for max torque to application. The new bushings will focus on performance not comfort.

No, don't think so. JoeB has done this task and he indicated it's a little bit of a task putting the modified DB back on due the stiffness of the new bushings. I will know for sure soon enough.

All,

I just got a call from Mike Stone at SuperPro in AUS and the dogbone bushings are done. My dogbone I sent to them is on the way with the new SuperPro bushings installed. I hope to have a link and order number/price for all interested soon.

PS - Pics and technical data for the haters on Monday..

Finally we have a victory.. Jump guys.

Thx
