I'm about to head to SoCal for school and I'm gonna be dragging my baby with me, but it's gogin to be parked in the UCSB parking lot. I'm not going to even touch it since I will have no use for it, I'm biking everywhere. Will this do anything to my car? Probably goign to use it like 1 every 2 or 3 months.

Just warm it up at least once a week and you should be OK.

I'd highly recommend getting a lock down car cover and drive the car at least once a month.

Good Luck!!

Never leave a car sitting for long, it doens't do it any good. I would start it twice a week or so, and drive it every other week to be safe, how much time is it really going to take (although it can be a bitch to find a spot again).

Careful on the driving it to party thing though, if you piss someone off and they're drunk they won't think twice about smashing a window or worse. My friend got his passenger window on his '95 towncar (lol) smashed the other night at a party by some kids who were pissed at someone else at the party, but just smashed his window cxause it was the cloesest thing to them and drove off. They also screwed up the door hinge, now he's out 250 bucks and doesn't even know who did it.

You should always store a car with a full gas tank to prevent condensation from forming and ending up with a bunch of water in the fuel. And you definately want to run it for awhile when you can to recharge the battery. All the computers/alarm/clock, etc. WILL drain the battery over time. I would also dump in a can of fuel stabilizer for good measure.
