When i pick up my springs this week im going to price the volk gtu's. I talked to the guy on the phone and told him i would get them if he could get me them for around 200 a wheel. He said he would try. I dont know if that is going to work cause i think they are a bit more than that.

And stop sabotaging my topic with those bear wheels. How about some more ideas on some good stuff like mesh wheels or black wheels with a polish lip!!!

Oh dont worry, I know people were joking. I was actually kindof joking in a way. Its kindof hard to set a tone when you have to read what people are saying instead of actually talking to them. Thats why i put in 3 exclamation marks at the end of my sentence.

And I like the look of tenzo wheels but i heard the same thing that they bend. I also know this cause my friend who has a nissan 240sx had some and bent one of his wheels. He autocrosses it and they didnt work out so well for him. He now has 5zigens. They look good on his car but im not sure if those wheels are any better. But They havent gave him any problems so far.

Jackassjeff-
Yeah, i guess that is pretty hilarious. I never checked the price of the wheels but damn i didnt think they cost that much. Yeah i probably will not get them for that price. When i talked to the guy on the phone he didnt say anything to me that there was no way he could sell them to me for around 200. He just said ill see what i can do.

And DATSRB, I love racing harts also. Im just pissed that the c2's dont exist anymore. I also like those c5's.

18x8 retail is $555 each... so ya... at cost it'd be over $300 easily.

Yeah over 300 bucks a rim is a bit much for what i can afford right now.

And indiglo 19's are too big. Based on what i read i would have to roll the fenders and i dont want to do that. Thanks for the offer though.

I Kindof like those ASA AR1 wheels in black. The price is pretty good and they are made my BBS. So far im leaning towards those. One thing though, I was planning on getting 18 x 7.5 wheels, but these wheels come in a 18 x 8. Would this work fine without rubbing with 225/45r18 tires?
