I agree 100% with this.

I have an Injen intake and I after looking at exhaust system prices, and thinking about being N/A and how illogical it would be for this reason, I'm just saving til I can SC myself, and possibly upgrade some internals, and THEN worry about my exhaust. If I did it now I just feel like everythign would be to free flowing and there won't be any pressure, you know? And I know when I DO get my SC, not having exhaust will slow me up for a while, but then when I get my exhaust it will make me that much happier. :D

Get what I'm sayin?

Hey anyone know anything about tunings? I was told I should throw my car on some tuning machine at any place and have it tune to the cars setting....Whats the price range?

sell your exhuast, rims, and intake and just get a s/c with a 5.5lb pulley and you would whip all of them.... if you sell your stuff you can probably get 800-1000 bucks....and you would be that much closer to an s/c.... i'm pretty much running just s/c with my setup.

No not performance.. but for a motor that size, Id wish it had alittle more power to it..... And its not the car that is the issue to me I guess.. Its mroe how the motor handles when its not in cruise mode....Little weak IMO for a v6 3 liter...

What can you say? It was intentionally to be a Camry with a little more edge but overall it still is a family car and will always be one. . . but the good thing is that when you beat someone. . . you can look at them and say, "you just got smoked by a family car"

I would make sure you didn't lean out the fuel mix. I doubt you did, but it's pretty simple to put the car on an engine scope, or install a wideband tester. Then get the SC, you 1MZ guys have an easy upgrade path there, it's a no brainier. Get your heads done and get some headers and you should be breathing very well, and be able to rev very nicely up into your power band. All this stuff is off the shelf, so now all you need is money :).
Let's just pretend I didn't grow up, or you're going to be terribly disappointed.
