I'm definitely excited to see how this works out for you. You're always doing cool new things. I love when someone steps out on the limb to try something different with the Solara. Can't wait to see how it all goes.

Chris,

I am sorting through the final dyno data now. The problem is we had to do this dyno with a different tuner because the one we used before stands by his belief that using an OBD II Scanner is not needed for a dyno tune. Another stuck in the past DINOSAUR! Results to be posted soon.

After all the work that you have done greg, we need to see a dyno chart and a 1/4 mile time slip!

CRY you say, ruck up and snap too soldier, crying is not permitted!! I'm greatful that I inspire you but you inspire me in my daily life and work. Being retired military I know and understand the great danger, seperation from family and loved ones, not to mention the low pay you live with everyday. Most will never understand that as a soldier, it's not about the money. It's duty, honor, country and the guy or girl next to you. I do my best everyday to ensure you get what you need to win the war on terror and return home safely.

Thank you for standing on the front line of freedom and most often without thanks. I respect, honor and salute you.

Watch your six, keep your powder dry and Soldier On!!

easy, easy. I was just simply asking if you were worried at all, and if it is dangerous for the engine. I tried to do some research when I saw this topic, because I had never heard of it before, and like I said I found mixed reviews. I am not doubting at all that you don't know what your doing, I just don't want to see a masterpiece ruined. Like I said before I hope it goes well for you. I can't imagine how much HP you got. at least 3 times my 4 banger?

All is well. I have more tuning to do but as of COB today we have a safe 7% increase in HP and TQ.

FACT GM had the technology to introduce fuel injection in American made cars in the late 60's early 70's. The big oil companies convinced them and our government it was not a safe system for public use. It was too damn efficient which meant less fuel consumption and less profit, no more, no less..

Just a minor correction. GM had FI in the 50's woth the vette and germany had it in the 40's and late 30's with it's planes.

Does anyone know the results of Greg's H20/Meth tests?

I suspected by his last note that something serious went wrong.

(Just concerned for our buddy)

I don't know. Someone on here who knows him well will hopefully talk to him. I doubt however that anything went wrong with the car, just personal life stuff. Sometimes things that are on your mind a lot have to take a backseat to other issues you know?

Then again I could be completely wrong.

My car is ok except for a couple of minor things. The WMI System provided an additional SAFE 7% increase in HP. I will increase that with a few A/F adjustments now that have my own OBD II scanner and data logger tool on a laptop. I got the tool from EASE..
