Modification Discussion and Previous Heated Words

I am a long time member of the SolaraGuy forum (and previous Camry forums - I own a Camry). I don’t like to see arguments like this because it obviously retracts from the purpose of a forum and has no benefits for the individuals involved and those reading regardless of the forum environment or not.

I must take some responsibility for the Greg/Joe outbreak for publicly (on the forum) reverse engineering Greg's numbers which I felt were not correct from experience (at least as a wheel/hp figure). This should indicate that in the future, when contributing to a forum, each individual should explicitly back-up their statements in order for the forum to remain productive (this is not to say that a WI system is of no benefit).

Greg, I do appreciate the amount of time and money you have spent on your car and it is obviously opening avenues/products for people which we did not have before. This is a huge benefit. However, I feel that when you state something it would be better to provide the full detail as opposed to simply elements of it (as this may mislead people).

Joe, (as per your apology), the "clueless" thing may be a little much (even though you were frustrated as many of us may have been - me included).

I think that we can all learn from the experience, remain friends and benefit from this discussion in the future.
