You made these by hand? Great job. How much fun did you have cutting the titanium?

Looks good. You should post up a tutorial (with smaller pics when you find you digital camera) or start your own customized production like Mike T did with his grill sets.

not by hand..cnc punch press. then cleaned em up by hand , polished them and stencil painted the lettering. pretty easy. i was going to offer them but i got no responses.read through the thread. not sure now. still have the extras though if there are any of you that want em for free.. just pay shipping

they do need work however..

Eureka! I finally finished my custom made door sills! I used the OEM sills as template and fabricated the pieces from 22 gauge stainless steel. I then mounted a trd badge (b type ornament), one on each side, which I purchased from Japan for $20.00 each.

I will gladly post the pictures and detail of the fab process if anyone can assist me on how to post images here.

I am happy with the results and would gladly extend my assistance to anyone in the NY, NJ CT area.
