well i was driving.... check engine light went on....car felt really slugish ... checked the code it was the knock senor..... i bought some fuel addictive and poured full tank of moble gas...went home reset ecu and the light hasn't come on yet..... should i replace the knock senor or just wait...

Man, that sucks. Rizal just mentioned to me today about a GM modified knock sensor if I want to raise boost. I'd hit him up for more info...

i blew bank one..... with the gm modified knock senor how much is it... is there much modification?
how much is the toyota knock senor?

no 1 knows if the gm sensor will fit i talked to jim about this sensors.i was the 1 who found it and alot of people said they would try it but i don't think any has i belive trd4life is the only 1 but his engine is still at stoid racing.

Umm...

Its gonna take more work than just a knock sensor upgrade to run higher boost safely. Just check out Gabe's car. It might have worked out for him.

so lazyboy, were u just driving normally?

i'm asking because i'm wondering does it blew whenever it feels like it or you are puttting it to the limit in order to blew it..

it should be save to drive around, but ur will not have any power...
