i searched for something on this but i couldnt find it.

say you got some racing seats.... and you get some pretty spiffy harnesses for em. can you actually mount the harness to the little baby seat anchor above the rear seats?

i couldnt find a harness bar that just comes across from the middle pillars (b pillars?) that was made for our cars. which is not a surprise.

You can do whatever you want.

But if you mean if it's safe to do so, it's not safe at all.

Also without a rollbar or rollcage, you shouldn't be using harness unless you want your spine to snap like a toothpick when the car flips over.
