Seriously !
Finally got my supercharger installed in my gen 1.5 today. The car handles like a champ. Had a couple of belt routing and vac hose issues. Ended up slapping on the 5.5 pulley instead of the stock 4. No evil CEL in sight yet. Trying to be conservative with pushing the baby's limits till everything looks good. Yes, i should have posted pics, but just realised that my cam is fudged. effing great.

On a side note, Just like everybody else who expected huge gains off the bat, am a little dissapointed but nonetheless happy.

Congratulations on the SC install.

Did you do it yourself?

Also - don't forget to bend the AC line away from the SC, or else in a few months/years you'll have no AC

I watched. Does that count ?

The AC tube was cleared, so no worries in regards to that. I also have a TRD boost gauge on the way and will probably do the install on saturday. Anyone know where it taps into, or does the install manual preety much tell you where that goes?

Thanks

taps right into the top of the SC. There are two spots that are already tapped, just taken an allen key and remove the plug.

Real easy install.

Nice. How much was it and where'd you get it done? I'm thinking about doing mine soon, I just got the car 2 months ago and have some spare funds I could put into it... worried about reliability afterwards and cost mostly. I'd probably have the dealer do it for the warranty...
