I'd say the Tiens with Tokicos are the way to go. Other than that, Tien Coilovers then the JIC's are prolly the stiffest you can get. TRD/Bilstein shocks with any spring would be very stiff, but they discountinued the TRD shocks a while ago. Tien springs would have my vote because they have the best drop. Best bet would be coilovers.

Tein/Tokico is probably the more popular suspension setup on this forum. I have it and can tell you the ride is stiff enough to significantly tighten up the handling, but not so stiff that it becomes unbearably harsh for everyday cruisin IMO. The drop is nice and even too.

Blistein is REALLY rough.

I've ridden in Tein/Tokico and Eibach/Tokico. Both are equally smooth (perfect shock dampening!) for a cruiser! It feels just about as smooth as stock (except for bumps)

I heared TRD (bilstein) is the stiffest. tokico and eibach combo is very comfortable. i dont know about others

tokico/eibach was too soft/high for me. Just got for Tein SS coilovers or JIC FLT-A1 :)

Being a "Factory" part, the TRD would be the least stiff. Toyota has to build the TRD parts to satisfy both "Psycho-hardcore-race nuts" and "The Average Joe" who just wants something better than stock. I am not saying TRD parts are bad (I have the TRD strut tower brace and rear anti-sway bar in my gen 1.5), they are just not built for "race crazy drivers." Case in point: A few of us on this forum have had both TRD short throw shifters AND TWM Performance short shifters (I am one of them), I am sure we would all say the same thing: "The TWM part provides for MUCH shorter shifts than does the TRD part. There is nothing wrong with the TRD parts though.

^ your post had almost no useful information about the topic whatsoever. It was allready said and discussed that the TRD/Bilstien shocks are super stiff. TRD springs on the other hand are rebadged Eibachs and therefore the Tiens are preferred. Sorry to be an s$$ but stay on topic. haha

Remember, you can always get custom Spring rates with JIC's. If you want to reduce your spring rate (which is sometimes the case) you can get a softer spring rate. You just have to order them.
