I know some of voiced your concern about the vendor I was working with but here is his latest e-mail to me.

Greg,

Hi how's ur buyer list? ur rear roof wing will be ready in july ..
so let me know ASAP ,thanks

As I said before I'll put the first one on my car and post pics. If you want to buy one it will require a deposit.

Should Kenny's come through first or look better we can go that way as well.

Later

Hey Greg,

We all appreciate your efforts in this project. When you get the roof spoiler in let us know how it turns out. Of course at this point i know if we used Jack as our vender he would not have a spoiler available by July. he did say it takes some time to make a mold and i would have to leave my car with him for a couple of days.

If the vender you are using produces the product to meet your standards we can go that route and we can all have our roof spoilers. Either way we go i'm sure Greg would insure the transactions goes smoothly.

If anyone has any questions please feel free to comment.

Kenny

Whoever gets it done, we should be happy. Thanks to Greg and Kenny for the efforts put forth on this project. I'm sure we'll see the spoiler soon! Can we still see a CF lip spoiler either way?

Can you point me to an example and I'll pass it on to my guy.

Thanks for the comps and the support.

I was just thinking of the stock spoiler, because there will probably be a lot of hassle deciding which one would be best.

:) I will talk with the design team about this. It does not seem to be a difficult piece and we can match the price that is stated in the first post. I am pretty sure we can make this one a go. There is good interest in it. It is kinda funny to read how hard you guys try to get parts made sometimes with little sucess. :) I am not making fun of it, it is just interesting.

Man be positive will you. I don't recall people backing out being the hold up with the roof spoiler. Lets not get in a rock throwing contest there's way to much of that..

I tried to find a vendor and they backed out. You tried and no spoiler. Let Carbonall do his thing. He's on the inside while you and I are not!!

Carbonall, is it possible to get the spoiler in primed material instead of carbon fiber? That would look out of place for those who don't have ANY carbon fiber on their car. I know that the carbon fiber spoiler COULD be sanded, primed and painted but it would be cheaper and easier to have it already made out of primed material. Considering your screen name, I would guess you work primarily with carbon fiber... :P :::::::still crossing fingers hoping this buy will actually happen!!!::::::::
