Toyota has to build the TRD parts to satisfy both "Psycho-hardcore-race nuts" and "The Average Joe" who just wants something better than stock. I am not saying TRD parts are bad (I have the TRD strut tower brace and rear anti-sway bar in my gen 1.5), they are just not built for "race crazy drivers." Case in point: A few of us on this forum have had both TRD short throw shifters AND TWM Performance short shifters (I am one of them), I am sure we would all say the same thing: "The TWM part provides for MUCH shorter shifts than does the TRD part. There is nothing wrong with the TRD parts though.

If this truth then he giving out a good point for everybody who want to know

The problem is he is completely wrong. As was said above the TRD/Bilstein are the stiffest

:D I had the TRD (Bilstein) struts and TRD (Eibach) springs for 5 years, and I must say that they were on the soft side to medium (as far as cornering prowl ness). They had bad dampening. :( I'll tell ya... When ever I ran over a bump or pothole, it felt like the rims busted off the car.
Now with the Tein SS coil-overs, the Solara rides stiffer yet smoother when riding over poor road surfaces. Practically, the suspension glides over the bumps more so than the TRD setup. Here is a picture below that shows how bad our roads are and what they do to performance suspension parts. :-?

what are you trying to say? This setup makes more noise? Im just curious about others opinions because im getting rid of the Tokico/Eibach setup and deciding between the Tein or JIC coilovers.

The Tein SS are more quiet that the TRD setup. They ride very nice. Besides, you can adjust the damping on the Teins to be more softer (cushier) or harder (like a skateboard). :D

O did I mention lighter overall assembly compared to the spring strut set up. :D

When i put in my tein s techs i thought the ride was going to be harsh. Man I was wrong. I actually was a bit disappointed at first. My stock suspension on my camaro was much stiffer. And the car handle better still. But Im actually kind of happy now the teins are on the soft/medium side. Yes it is a bit stiffer and handles better than the stock suspension, but the ride is still great and quiet. Its definatly good cruiser or everday suspension with some added performance.

And importuner, the stiffer the suspension the more road noise you will hear. So yes it will be louder.
