OMFG so today I decided to drive up 93N (major highway) and look for my valance and tried to recollect where I heard that weird noise last night. And so im driving like 30mph on the right most lane and looking at all the different debris everyone (ie. tire rubber, random metalness). And BAM i see my valance all lying lonely covered in dirt and sand on the side of the highway. It was there and not in the middle of the highway because I recently installed HIDs and my drivers side isnt aimed down at all cuz i broke the screw for the headlight, so I was driving slow and careful not to blind ppl on my way home from work. Anyways continuing, so the place I found it was on the side of the highway with no break down lane, so I had no place to go and I had to drive like a quarter mile down the highway before there was a breakdown lane. So I park there put my emergency lights on and hop over the guard rail and start trekking. On the way I had to avoid so many plants and like rubber glvoes and such and to top it off the highway was right off a harbor area. So to the right was cars speeding by me at 55mph and on my left was a steep drop to open water. Now I know the meaning of being stuck between a rock and a hard place.

It took me a good 15-20 minutes to walk to the valance and back. When I found it, I was like holy crap cuz I ran it over at least once last nite and the thing was still in one piece. There is a minor crack at the end part, but besides that I think i can just bring it to get painted and sanded off and it will be as good as new. THE POWER OF POLYURETHANE!!!

mods: I guess you can delete this or move it to general talk haha cuz i dont need to buy one anymore.

^^^^^ I agree, you get what you pay for and in this case what Sam paid for is still usable after running it over with his car, finding it on the shoulder of the highway and being able to reuse it after finding it the next day.
