i thought i would see if anyone needs a silver kit..i bought this kit from rufus129 and planned on painting it red..however, there is a red kit for sale on here and if i can avoid having to pay to get it painted and someone needs a silver kit then we both make out


it is used but in great condition and the paint was factory and still looks great..is there only one silver for gen 1.5? IC8 i believe is the code

I used VHT Nightshadz. Its a translucent black paint. about $7 a bottle.

1. take out lenses to be painted
2. clean them, spray vht in many layers
3. wait for dry
4. cover in many layers of clear coat
5. watch the girlies flock to you...lolz j/k

great stuff. no chips or imprefections as of yet,

i did this w/ my bike clear lights and it came out great..did the inside though..you are doing the outside right

yep, i did the outside. Looks great at night! my town has very anal cops and thus far, no problem. all the lights shine though with ease. and i put a whole can between the back tail lights and eye lids.
