which oil do you use?

whats better to run in the solara, high grade synthetic oil or just the regular stuff? also, what grade of gas would you recommend?

I just bought some Mobil 1 synthetic yesterday I'm changing it tomorrow morning, I still have whatever the dealer had inthe car which is bad because it's a bit overdue.

I runn RedLINE 10W30. The synthetic just for insurrance that the oil ever leaked out and burt up the engine.
