JIC vs JPP vs GREDDY: exhaust's

I've been checking out all these exhaust systems and want to see what setup most of you have.

I really DONT want that lawnmower sounding exhaust like most cars in my city have... What I'm looking for is a nice tone, doesnt have to be loud, with the most power gains from a S/C. I was going to pick up the JPP headers/cat-back kit, but for that price it makes me hold off for a bit, I'm hoping the megan headers will be comparable.

What do you guys suggest?

The JPP Exhaust will be the best because it uses a 3 inch piping. . . which is the best for force inducted cars. . . The others use 2.5 inch piping. . . The JIC has the option of getting a Titanium muffler so it will probably be the lightest exhaust off the three but it's fairly loud compare to the GReddy. . . The GReddy gives off a low deep tone. . . When you take off the resonators from the GReddy it sounds a whole lot better. . . some people tell me. . . my car sorta sounds like the G35

most lawnmowers arent that bad actually. its the 2 cycle edgers and weed-eaters that'll getchya. i had a project 3.5hp Briggs that was pretty badass actually. but then i took it apart and couldnt recompress the piston ring and it actually snapped the ring so that was scrapped.

Yeah, I hate those exhausts that sound like they were made from tin cans welded together... like those edgers you said. I dont like how they have that rattle too, I guess most the guys here just mount them without rubber, I dont really know.

But the sound of a G35! hm.... I like the sounds of that! Can't wait till sound clips are upped.

Well, though I am biased on this, the JIC exhaust had a really nice tone. Though it looks really agressive it offers a nice tone. You can contact RJ in the vendor forum to get a good deal on it.

I dont have a aim account... I only have an msn. I have a email account that can handle that size, do you have a email that can send that big a file?

^^^^ I can vouch for Stock Solara on the sound of the Greddy EVO II exhaust. My friends tell me the same thing. I just got one a few months back and I have no regrets getting it.

.....also got it from RJ at UPFD, hooked me up with a nyccee price on it.

here's the link if you wanna contact him

Thanks guys... helps out a lot.

I love the sound of the G35, so it looks like I'm going with the Greddy, and waiting to see what happens with the megan headers... otherwise going with the JPP heads.

hope that helped. Then again my system is without the resonators because i like that semi crack and gurgle sound right as it reaches redline. Stock greddy was just a little too airy for me taste.
