Looks like a translucent, adhesive-backed vinyl for tail lights. My Solara is diamond white pearl, so I'll pass. I'm sure it'd look awesome on another color though.

I'd buy it, if you can get them made for the gen2... Stickercity sells them for like 60-80 bucks... I'm too cheap to spend that kind of money, but then again you get what you pay for, are you familiar with the quality of these?
