Superpro urethane Rear engine mount for camry/solara v6

Ok guys, Greg worked his a** getting a stock solara v6 engine mount sent to Superpro to have a urethane mount made up. Superpro is now hesitant on making this piece do to the lack of recent sales on the auto v6 dogbone bushings (why isnt everyone ordering those??)

Here is what we need to do. If you want a Urethane rear engine mount for your v6 camry/solara you need to call Glen at global performance products and put down a deposit so Superpro will go ahead and make the bushing for us. Lets get this thing going!

The stock rear motor mount sucks. All the times i put my car on the dyno the TRD supercharger was almost hitting the firewall it was moving back so far. The weak rear stock mount was also one of the reasons i could never launch the car at the dragway without wheel hopping.

CALL 1.616.399.9025 to speak with Glenn. Let him know you want to put down a deposit.

thanks guys

Here is what they said to me when I asked how the progress is coming w\ the RR mount and if it will fit a manual and an auto

"Hi Scott,
We have some major jobs to complete before starting on this one, we are unsure if the mount fits both
auto & manual vehicles as we don't have these vehicles in Australia and are guided by feedback from you guys.

We are a little disappointed in the sales of the SPF2706K Engine steady so far, this part was rushed through the R&D and production, as the feedback given was "many people are interested", to date the part sales are not where we need them to be, this in turn puts doubt in the speedy manufacture of the other parts required."

I would like to hear some feedback too. I'm on the verge of ordering, but I'd like to know how people are liking them, how long they took to install, and stuff like that.

It's under $50 for the front one and the rear should be about the same.

Is everyone making their effort to make this possible? Come on guys when we have aftermarket interest we should take advantage of it or else no one is ever going to do things for us. . . Even if you're not high powered just having some polyurethane engine mounts will be better for the engine to put more power into the ground instead of loosing it by rocking everywhere

I just got off the phone with Glenn and yeah they really aren't happy with the sales of the dogbone. . . He told me Greg had a list of like 20-25 people and when they came out with it. . . he has only sold 4 sets. . . He has one left because SuperPro sent him 5 sets and he got 45 more sets to come. . . For right now he said there are two ways we can go about making this project work. . . 1. Get a whole lot of people to buy the dogbone bushing so they are happy and willing to make the rear mount. . . or. . . 2. Get someone to coordiante this by purchasing all of Rear engine mounts than distributing them to the people who wanted one. . . Glenn also mentioned that they don't do deposits for anything so basically we have to accomplish either one of the choices he gave us. . . than we can get this going but as far as it looks they won't have any plans for making more parts for us. . . I was shock to know I was the first one to make the call in considering to put a deposit down for the rear engine mount. . . man this is really disappointing. . . What happen to all those people that were interested in the dogbone?. . . :-?
