better have the mechanic look at your AC and the vavles. Might've sprung a leak and hole in there. As for the breaks. How old are the breaks? Do u break hard? Are u in cold weather conditions? Worn out breaks have a little metal bracket which will squeal to let u know they're at the point of needing replacements as the breakpad is used up. Breaks tend to squeal in cold weather but don't once they're been used for a bit as they warm up.

First off the A/c sounds like it's working extremely well. What you are seeing is water vapor from a very cold a/c system. As long as it's not actually freezing up, be thankful it's working so well. Just check that the floor drain is not plugged.
Second, it sounds like your calipers need a cleaning and a thin coat of lube where they slide. When the brakes squeal while released but not when used means that they are not releasing all the way. When the calipers get rusty, the pads don't retract far enough to prevent them from lightly touching which causes a squeal.

Yeah, right on with that AC assessment. It's just the air in the AC being way colder than the surrounding air, and condensing the water vapor out. Like breathing on a cold day, but opposite.

Now if, like me, you sometimes get drops of cold water landing on your left leg while you've got the AC blasting... I may have a problem there.
